The present invention provides a system and a method for supporting arrangement of moving objects capable of two-way communication using virtual reality technology. The system for supporting arrangement of moving objects capable of two-way communication using virtual reality technology comprises: a camera module to photograph a moving site situation in real time to collect moving site information; a virtual reality module to receive the moving site information from the camera module to generate a virtual reality space image having a three-dimensional structure; a server unit to transmit the virtual reality space image generated by the virtual reality module to a user; and a first terminal device to receive the virtual reality space image from the server unit to display the virtual reality space image.
