The present invention relates to an initiator composition for producing a vinyl chloride-based polymer, a method for producing a vinyl chloride-based polymer using the same, and a vinyl chloride-based polymer produced therefrom. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by adding heteropoly acids and ascorbic acids to the initiator composition, it is possible to improve the efficiency and polymerization productivity of an initiator, and to greatly improve fish-eye quality and thermal stability of the vinyl chloride-based polymer produced.
