The present invention relates to an initiator composition for producing a vinyl chloride-based polymer, a method for producing a vinyl chloride-based polymer using the same, and a vinyl chloride-based polymer prepared therefrom. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by adding heteropoly acid and ascorbic acid to the initiator composition, it is possible to improve the efficiency and polymerization productivity of the initiator, and greatly improve the heat stability and whsiay quality of the vinyl chloride-based polymer produced.
