The present invention relates to a method for measuring the fluidity of conveying concrete in a pipe, which multilaterally measures the fluidity or sliding layers of concrete being conveyed through a pipe when a building structure is constructed to more accurately and clearly identify and analyze the flow characteristics of the concrete such that the physical properties of the concrete can be identified and controlled in real time, thereby maintaining the performance and quality of the concrete; and a fluidity measurement system therefor. According to the present invention, the method for measuring the fluidity of conveying concrete in a pipe comprises: a rotary-pipe rotation driving step of rotating a rotary pipe rotatably installed in at least one place of a pipe through which the concrete is conveyed; a measurement analysis factor measuring step for measuring measurement analysis factors for measuring and analyzing the physical properties of the conveyed concrete flowing in the rotary pipe rotated; and a concrete fluidity analyzing step of analyzing the fluidity of the conveyed concrete by using a calculation formula for measuring the fluidity of the conveyed concrete based on a result obtained through the measured analysis factors.
