According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for managing mobility of flow by service using an SDN controller comprises the steps of: allowing the SDN controller to receive a router access request message of a mobile node delivered through a first AP; assigning prefixes which are different by service type to each flow based on information on a service type of flow included in the router access request message by the mobile node; matching information on the assigned prefixes with information on the mobile node and information on an AP connected to the mobile node, and storing the matched information in a BCE; setting a path for each flow based on the information on service types of the flow; and transmitting the flow of the mobile node to a destination node along the set path. In the router access request message, information is recorded as information on the service type of the flow that the mobile node recorded, wherein the information identifies a first type not requiring session maintenance, a second type requiring session maintenance of the flow, or a third type whose flow has a fixed IP. When a handover of the mobile node occurs, the step of setting the path includes resetting an anchor of the mobile node if the service type corresponds to the second type, and recalculating an optimal path if the service type corresponds to the first type or the third type.
