The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition characterized by containing male pupae of Apis mellifera. The composition containing an extract of Apis mellifera male pupae has an excellent inhibitory effect of DPPH, thereby being able to be easily used as various pharmaceutical compositions and health functional foods which enhance physiological activity in the body.
