The present invention relates to a hydrophobic gel for VOC absorption, containing a crosslinking agent comprising a succinimide repeat unit and a hydrophobic monomer. Even if the hydrophobic gel of the present invention absorbs VOC, the mechanical strength does not deteriorate, and swelling and drying can be repeated, thereby being reused for VOC absorption and removal.
