METHOD FOR SETTING OPERATION CONDITIONS OF PILOT PLANT FOR MANUFACTURING ACTIVATED POWDER

The present invention relates to a method for setting operation conditions of a pilot plant for manufacturing activated powder. The pilot plant for manufacturing activated powder comprises: a silo or a hopper supplying an object to be ground; a screw conveyor introducing the object to be ground supplied from the silo or the hopper into a vibration mill; the vibration mill grinding the introduced object to be ground; a classifier sorting out powder having a desired particle size from among the ground material; a filtration dust collector filtering and collecting powder separated from the classifier; and an air blower fan transporting the powder and providing a flow of air that is a driving force of the filtration dust collector, wherein a filling rate of a grinding media of the vibration mill is set between 65-75%, the number of revolutions of the classifier is set between 15-25Hz, and an opening/closing rate of a damper of the air blowing fan is set between 30-40%. According to the present invention, the method for setting operation conditions of a pilot plant for manufacturing activated powder is able to set optimum operation conditions of the pilot plant for manufacturing activated powder, and thus, the productivity of the activated powder can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
