The present invention is to provide a low-temperature carburizing method for effectively preventing soot generated on the final product of a low-temperature carburizing process. The low-temperature carburizing method according to the present invention comprises a step (a) of performing pretreatment on a target metal, a step (b) of introducing the target metal into a reaction chamber and raising the temperature to a set temperature, and a step (c) of forming a vacuum atmosphere in the reaction chamber and supplying a reaction gas containing at least hydrocarbon gas to perform carburization.
