The present invention relates to an online startup education system to provide online startup education based on a communicable expandable platform and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a startup education server included in the startup education system comprises: a communication module performing data communications with a first user terminal of a startup education content provider, a second user terminal of a startup education student, and a third user terminal of a startup education mentor; a memory storing a program for providing an online startup education service; and a processor executing the program stored in the memory. In accordance with the execution of the program, the processor provides a first user interface capable of opening one or more startup education classes to the first user terminal connected through the communication module, and generating one or more pieces of business experience simulation content set for each startup education class, and provides a second user interface capable of selecting at least one of the startup education classes to allow the second user terminal connected through the communication module to take the selected class and participated therein as a member.
