The present invention relates to a rare disease clinical trial support system and method. The system includes: an information integration management unit interlocked with a clinical researcher terminal, a government agency server, and a patient terminal to collect and store clinical trial information provided by a clinical researcher, clinical support information in which government support policies for rare diseases are defined, rare disease status information, and individual patient information; a matching information providing unit performing information matching between the clinical trial information, the clinical support information, and the individual patient information, and extracting and providing information matching results corresponding to information search values input by a user; and a statistical information providing unit that edits and processes the status information of the rare disease according to a search value of statistical information input by a user, and then graphically outputs the edited and processed information with an infographic manner.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
