The large turbocharged two-stroke uniflow scavenging internal combustion engine comprises: a combustion chamber which is divided into a cylinder liner (1), a piston (10), and a cylinder cover (22); a scavenging port (18) which is disposed on the cylinder liner (1); an exhaust gas exit which is disposed on the cylinder cover (22) and is controlled by an exhaust valve (4); a plurality of gaseous fuel inflow openings (34) which are disposed on the cylinder liner (1) and allow the gaseous fuel received from the supply of pressurized gaseous fuel (40) to be introduced into the combustion chamber by passing through a gaseous fuel valve (30); a combustion gas exit which is connected to the combustion chamber and is controlled by a combustion gas valve (26); and a combustion gas flow path which extends from the exit of the combustion gas valve (26) to the entrance of the gaseous fuel valve (30) or the entrance of an exclusive combustion gas spray valve. The engine, to increase the quantity of motion of materials sprayed into the combustion chamber in the fuel spray event, sprays gaseous fuel into the combustion gas inflow openings (34) in the fuel spray event, and sprays combustion gas into the combustion chamber through the gas inflow openings (34) or the exclusive combustion gas spray valve (36) in a simultaneous, successive, or overlapping way. The large turbocharged two-stroke uniflow scavenging internal combustion engine can improve the fuel spray manner.
