摘要

The present invention relates to an automatic control apparatus and a method for resonant frequency matching of a linear electron accelerator for magnetron-based radiation therapy. A resonance control apparatus of the linear electron accelerator of the present invention comprises: a high-frequency spectrum measurement unit measuring spectral distribution information and frequency information by measuring a traveling wave of an RF signal of a magnetron input to an accelerator tube through a coupler; a high-frequency power measurement unit determining pulse wave information and high-frequency power information by measuring reflected waves from the accelerator tube through the coupler and the traveling wave; and an automatic resonant frequency control unit correcting a frequency of the RF signal of the magnetron to a resonant frequency of the accelerator tube based on the spectral distribution information, the frequency information, the pulse wave information, and the high-frequency power information while an electron beam is loaded in the accelerator, and based on the spectral distribution information and the frequency information while there is not an electron beam loaded in the accelerator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
