The present invention relates to a core technology extraction system based on cooperative patent classification (CPC) and a core technology extraction method using the same. According to the present invention, provided is the core technology extraction system based on CPC comprising: a search terminal for receiving inventor information; and a core technology extraction server for receiving the inventor information from the search terminal and extracting the core technology of the inventor by using CPC. In addition, the core technology extraction method using the core technology extraction system based on CPC comprises the steps of: an input step of receiving inventor information; a collecting step of collecting inventor patent data by using the inventor information; a pre-processing step of purifying the collected inventor patent data by using CPC; and an extracting step of deriving core technology by analyzing the pre-processed inventor patent data. Therefore, the system and the method enable detailed, accurate, and efficient analysis for the technology of the inventor.
