The present invention relates to an airtight container for measuring radioactivity such as radon by using a gamma-ray spectrometer, and more specifically, to an airtight container for measuring radioactivity such as radon by using a gamma-ray spectrometer which can prevent radioactivity produced by a measurement sample from being spilled to the outside through screw-coupling. To this end, the airtight container for measuring radioactivity such as radon by using a gamma-ray spectrometer is composed of a lid and a container which can be coupled and separated, such that the container storing a sample is coupled in a screw-fitting method. Therefore, the inside of the container can be completely enclosed without an additional configuration to prevent the sample from being spilled to the outside. Furthermore, the lid and the container can be easily separated such that the sample can be easily discarded. In addition, a stepped protrusion and an enclosing member are provided in the screw-type airtight lid, thereby further improving airtight performance in the container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
