The present invention relates to a composition for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes, whitening and inhibition of gout comprising extract of ruby-s apple peel as an active ingredient. The extract of Ruby-S (Malus pumila Mill.), which is a newly released variety of the present invention, inhibits DPPH, ABTS and TBARs radicals and increases PF to show an anti-oxidant effect, and also suppresses tyrosinase to inhibit melanin production, thus showing a skin-whitening effect. In addition, the composition suppresses an elastase activity to maintain an elastin molecular form, suppresses a collagenase activity to show a wrinkle-reducing effect, and suppresses a hyaluronidase activity to inhibit inflammatory reactions. Furthermore, the Ruby-S apple peel extract suppresses an activity of xanthine oxidase enzyme to show an effect of inhibiting gout (arthritis), and suppresses an activity of α-amylase and α-glucosidase enzymes to show an effect of inhibiting type II diabetes, so that the composition may be valuably used as a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food, a cosmetic composition and the like.
