The present invention relates to a sheet and continuous rotary screen printing apparatus capable of a hole transport layer process of an organic solar cell and electrode printing. The sheet and continuous rotary screen printing apparatus, configured to produce the organic solar cell by printing an active layer, an electrode layer, a hole transport layer, and the like a printing sheet controls the rotation of a rotary screen unit so that a plate formed with a pattern in the rotary screen unit can be accurately positioned to correspond to a printing position of the printing sheet which is input, and makes the rotary screen unit tilt to the left and right and rotate according to an input direction of the printing sheet regardless of where the input printing sheet is positioned, thereby allowing a user to easily obtain overprinted matter with a desired overlay value.
