Disclosed is a table tennis exercise apparatus to realize table tennis similar to real exercise. According to the present invention, the table tennis exercise apparatus comprises: a table tennis table having a predetermined size and divided into first and second play parts of a flat board type with respect to a net placed at the center to bound a table tennis ball thereon; a shooting unit including a plurality of shooters disposed in the lateral direction of the first play part on one side of the table tennis table and selectively shooting the table tennis ball to the second play part from any one shooter; a detection unit disposed on the first play part to detect whether the table tennis ball is dropped on the first play part and detect a drop position of the table tennis ball; and a control unit performing control to selectively shoot an additional table tennis ball from the shooting unit based on information detected in the detection unit. The control unit allows the shooter adjacent to the drop position to shoot the table tennis ball based on the drop position of the table tennis ball detected in the detection unit.
