BOM METHOD OF MANAGING BILL OF MATERIAL ON HULL STRUCTURE IN SHIP DESIGN FOR IMPLEMENTING SMART FACTORY

The present invention relates to a method of managing design hull bill of material (BOM) for implementing a smart factory. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing and storing a design schedule according to a reference schedule, reflecting various prior information in modeling to store the reflected modeling, and inputting production technique data into a design integrated DB in order to build a ship; extracting design information and member information from the design integrated DB to generate and store hull BOM by line in an HIBS DB; checking a BOM Diff of the hull BOM to confirm data matching; and generating design data and 3D model information according to information provided from the design integrated DB to transmit hull BOM in which the data matching is confirmed to the a design information transmission DB so that optional modification is impossible when the hull BOM is generated and data alignment of hull BOM can be ensured by a hull BOM itself check logic or an SAP check logic.
