The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid (HA, sodium hyaluronate)-polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) complex and a method for preparing the same and, more particularly, to a HA-PDRN complex, in which HA with excellent water retention capacity and anti-aging function is bonded with PDRN with excellent skin regeneration capacity, thereby increasing functionality and stability, as well as a method for preparing the same.
