The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a spherical porous active carbon and a manufacturing method of a super capacitor using the same, which includes the steps of: preparing a lignocellulose biomass; dissolving a lignin ingredient by immersing the lignocellulosic biomass in a first solution; mixing a second solution with the first solution in which lignin is dissolved; placing the mixed solution of the first solution and the second solution in an ultrasonic nebulizer connected to one side of a furnace; a step in which a carbonization treatment and an activation treatment are simultaneously performed while ultrasonically vibrating the mixed solution to allow droplets to flow into the furnace; and collecting spherical porous active carbon from a bag filter. According to the present invention, raw materials are easily secured, and the porous active carbon exhibiting a high specific capacitance is manufactured.
