The present invention includes: a first step in which a swine farm shipment forecasting server (300) receives pigsty information (including breed/lineage, fodder/nutrient, pigsty structure, and pigsty environment) from each swine management terminal (100) and evaluation factor information (weather/temperature, time, and livestock product quality evaluation information) from a big data server (400) through a network (200) and then stores the pigsty information and the evaluation factor information in a database (330); a second step in which the swine farm shipment forecasting server (300) receives farm-specific individual growth collection information (individual data, breeding data, fodder data, drug data, shipment data, pathological emotion data, and disease management data) other than the pigsty information and the evaluation factor information through the network (200) from each swine management terminal (100) at a preset cycle and stores the farm-specific individual growth collection information in the database (330) as an identification ID with respect to at least one individual data piece managed by each swine management terminal (100); and a third step in which the swine farm shipment forecasting server (300) receives a growth rate and quality information with respect to each individual data identification ID stored in the database (330) from each swine management terminal (100) through the network (200), stores the growth rate and quality information in the database (330), and then generates valid determination data with respect to an input variable with respect to the farm-specific individual growth collection information corresponding to each individual data identification ID.
