The present invention relates to a solution in which a hybrid blockchain and an enterprise-grade hardware key archival system are combined. A Kaiser bank wallet of the present invention is connected to an application installed in a user terminal and includes an Aiser chain, which is a blockchain platform connected via an API from the user terminal through security authentication. The Aiser chain is formed as a peer-to-peer (P2P)-based shared platform, which is configured to handle authentication primarily in a private chain and to secure integrity and reliability secondarily in a public chain. The Aiser chain is divided into a Front area, an Aiser chain area, and a Back server area and is configured to connect the users application with a back server.
