The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for regulating post-traumatic stress disorder through brain network analysis. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring first brain network information corresponding to a first brain signal; acquiring second brain network information corresponding to a second brain signal, and acquiring information on whether stress is caused to a patient by a second sensory stimulus; and supporting the patient to allow sensory stimuli that cause stress disorders to be repeatedly presented to him/her.
