Disclosed are a method for scraping user information and an application system thereof. In the method for scraping user information, the method for scraping user information for scraping user information of a first target institution which can be verified only by logging into the account of the first target institution includes the steps of: allowing an application system installed in the user terminal to receive login changeable information from a user; resetting authentication information required for login to the system authentication information using the login changeable information received by the application system; logging into the account of the user using the system authentication information which is reset by the application system; and allowing the application system to login into the account to perform a scraping process for scraping the user information of the first target institution.
