Male infertility accounts for 50% of all causes of infertility, of which 30-45% are idiopathic with unknown cause. Decreased sperm quality, such as decreased sperm or reduced mobility, is responsible for male infertility, and effective treatments have not been established. A total of 16 infertile men take herbal medicines to improve sperm function for 10 weeks, and perform examination of semen. Statistically, sperm concentration, straight motility, and total number of sperm are significantly improved and no special side effects are found.
