The present invention relates to a flame treatment device with a passenger airbag (PAB) door assembly function and, more specifically, to a flame treatment device with an improved PAB door assembly function, which reduces costs, shortens working time, and achieves process simplification by performing flame treatment in one process before forming the skin in order to improve the texture of an exterior surface in a state where the PAB door is assembled on a crease pad, and immediately processing without loss of a process through integrating an assembly line and a flame treatment line.
