The present invention relates to a theater ticket reservation and ticket checkless method using face authentication. The method includes: a step of accessing a ticket reservation site through a smart terminal; a step of selecting a theater on the ticket reservation site and reserving a ticket by using the smart terminal; a step in which a user has his or her face imaged and makes a payment by using the smart terminal; a step of extracting a facial feature from the face information imaged through the smart terminal; a step in which the smart terminal receives a public key of the theater from a key generation server; a step in which the smart terminal encrypts the extracted facial feature with a public key; a step of transmitting the encrypted facial feature 1 to a theater management server; a step in which a theater camera at a theater entrance images the face of a visitor; a step in which the theater camera extracts a feature of the imaged face and receives the public key of the theater from the key generation server; a step in which the theater camera encrypts the extracted facial feature with the received public key; a step in which the theater camera transmits the encrypted facial feature 2 to the theater management server; a step in which the theater management server decrypts the encrypted facial feature 1 received from the smart terminal and the facial feature 2 received from the theater camera; a step in which the theater management server determines matching or non-matching by comparison between the decrypted facial feature 1 and the decrypted facial feature 2; and a step of completing visitor entry by opening the entrance in the case of matching.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
