The present invention relates to a core-shell copolymer composition and, more particularly, to a core-shell copolymer composition comprising a core-shell copolymer and an organic dispersing agent, wherein the organic dispersing agent includes a repeating unit derived from a first alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and a repeating unit derived from a first vinyl aromatic monomer, a weight-average molecular weight of the organic dispersing agent is 300,000 to 3,000,000 g/mol, and the organic dispersing agent is included in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight without regard to 100 parts by weight of the core-shell copolymer, a method for preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same.
