The present invention relates to a method for providing a gift card issuing service using a kiosk and an operating server. In the gift card issuing service provision method, the kiosk transmits gift card issuing information including a face value input by a user to the operating server. The operating server generates the date of receipt of the gift card issuing information as a gift card issuing date and generates a use registration number based on the gift card issuing information. Gift card printing information including the gift card issuing information, the gift card issuing date, and the use registration number is generated and transmitted to the kiosk. A printing device receives the gift card printing information transmitted from the kiosk, prints the gift card issuing information, the gift card issuing date, and the use registration number on a gift card sheet on which a printing paper management number for managing the gift card sheet is pre-printed, and issues an invalid gift card. The kiosk transmits the printing paper management number input by the user and the use registration number to the operating server. The operating server registers the printing paper management number and the use registration number in pairs. As a result, the invalid gift card is converted into a valid gift card.
