The present invention relates to a reciprocating device using electromagnetism and steel restoring force. The electromagnetism is used as instantaneous electric power to obtain pulling force for pulling an object forward to allow hot water to be continuously circulated to one side. The steel restoring force is used as origin restoring force to allow opening/closing power cutoff force to be used in a ring of a ring piston through attachment. The reciprocating device blocks a water hole and acts as a reciprocating piston when the electromagnetism moves the object, and uses the strong steel restoring force as the origin restoring force to open the water hole. Noise and vibration wavelength noise are solved by using the electromagnetism and the steel restoring force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
