The present invention relates to a method of producing a mixed grain bar and a mixed grain bar produced by the method. The method comprises: a step of preparing grain syrup by mixing an Orostactrys japonicas mixed extract and gyle in hard-boiled rice made by adding the Orostactrys japonicas mixed extract and water in rice, converting the mixture into sugar, and concentrating the filtered sugar solution; a step of preparing mixed grain flakes by mixing puffed brown rice, black rice, black barley, glutinous barley, oats, rye, and roasted black beans, followed by grinding; a step of preparing mixed nuts by mixing almonds, walnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, cranberries, and grapes; and a step of putting a mixture of the prepared mixed grain flakes, the prepared mixed nuts, the prepared grain syrup, and sugar into a mold to form the mixture into a bar shape. Accordingly, the present invention enhances the active ingredients and functional effects of the bar.
