An object of the present invention is to manufacture a mold for manufacturing hot stamping parts with different strengths for each part. A method of manufacturing the mold for manufacturing a local multi-material hot stamping part using a three-dimensional additive manufacturing technology according to the present invention includes the following steps of: designating a high strength portion and a low strength portion in a hot stamping product; manufacturing a mold main body; manufacturing a hot stamping cooling block which can be coupled on the mold main body; and assembling the cooling block to the mold main body and then processing the surface shape through machining to finally complete the mold. On the hot stamping cooling block, a cooling channel identical to the product shape is formed on a high strength portion using a metal lamination processing technique.
