An object of the present invention is to provide a slicer provided with a band knife, capable of cutting meat in any of relative reciprocating movements and appropriately adjusting a position of the band knife or meandering. The present invention relates to a food slicer (1) for cutting an object to be cut (S) by reciprocating motion, wherein a cutting unit (10) has two band knifes that have a blade body and a back body of knife and serve as a pair of band knives arranged in parallel with each other toward the back body of knife. The food slicer of the present invention arranges a position adjustment means between each back body of knife of the two band knives, and arranges a meandering adjusting means.
