Provided are a system and a method for providing content based on neuro marketing. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system may comprise: a neural response information analysis unit receiving neural reaction information of a user for content and calculating preference of the user for the content; a recommended content determination unit determining recommended content to be provided to the user based on the preference; and a recommended content providing unit transmitting the recommended content determined by the recommended content determination unit to a terminal of the user.
