The present invention relates to a deodorant and antibacterial cosmetic composition containing a complex extract of Mentha Canadensis, Origanum vulgare, Zingiber officinale, and Cinnamomum verum. More specifically, the present invention relates to a deodorant and antibacterial cosmetic composition which uses a complex extract of Mentha Canadensis, Origanum vulgare, Zingiber officinale, and Cinnamomum verum which are natural components, so that the deodorant and antibacterial cosmetic composition has an antioxidant effect by polyphenols without causing inflammation on the skin or scalp, has an excellent deodorizing effect on body odor or sweat odor generated in the skin of the elderly, and also exhibits an excellent moisturizing effect.
