The present invention relates to an FCCL production method for adjusting the ductility and stiffness of a conductive pattern. The FCCL production method includes: an electroforming step of forming a conductive pattern on an electroforming mold by electroforming; and a transfer step of transferring the conductive pattern from the electroforming mold to the lower portion of a polymer plastic film. Moreover, the electroforming step is performed in a plating bath provided with first to third metals, wherein the first metal is copper, and the second metal for adding ductility is one among tin (Sn), gold (Au), silver (Ag), and aluminum (Al). The third metal for adding stiffness is one among nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), tungsten (W), and titanium (Ti).
