The present invention relates to low-toxic polymeric MDI, polyurethanes comprising the same, and a preparation method thereof. More particularly, by reducing a content of 4,4′-MDI in a monomeric MDI included in a polymeric MDI, a low-toxic polymeric MDI and eco-friendly polyurethanes comprising the same can be prepared.
