The present invention relates to a system for managing pet-only accommodations and a method for managing pet-only accommodations using the same, which are to provide pet accommodations reservation and pet-sitting service to an owner of a pet. According to the present invention, a room corresponding to a customer information, which is a consignment condition desired by the pet owner, is automatically searched and reserved by an accommodation server. Accordingly, the pet owner can check whether a room meeting his/her needs and various other services related to pet sitting can be provided or not just by transmitting the customer information to the accommodation server, and therefore effects are generated wherein the access of the pet owner to pet-only accommodations can be increased. In addition, according to the present invention, a real-time pet-sitting stream photographed by a staff at an accommodation is transmitted to a pet owner device by the accommodation server.
