The present invention relates to a method for online creativity learning management, and a management server therefor. The method includes the steps of: pre-storing learner information on each of a plurality of learners; pre-storing sample data including expression target information for each of a plurality of creative learning, at least one basic shape information corresponding to the shape of an expression target, a background image corresponding to each of the creative learning, and a sample image completed based on the expression target information on the background image; generating a learning request UI for requesting to perform creative learning expressing the expression target information by using the basic shape information on the background image, while providing the background image, the expression target information, and the basic shape information that correspond to predetermined creative learning; uploading a task image for creative learning performed by the learner from a user terminal of the learner and storing the task image for each learner, in response to the learning request UI; and generating evaluation information by evaluating a learning level of the learner based on a result of comparing the similarity between the sample image corresponding to the creative learning and the task image. Accordingly, since evaluation results for current learning levels of the learner are periodically provided to a caregiver, the learner gets feedback on weak areas through continuous monitoring by the caregiver, so that customized learning management is facilitated according to the learning level of the learner.
