The present invention relates to a sustained-release injection applied with multiple vesicular liposomes (MVL). More specifically, the present invention relates to a local anesthetic agent which is applicable to all treatment sites including major surgery, and sustains a long-term analgesic effect by injection once a day. According to the present invention, the patient′s medication convenience can be improved, thereby being a great help to patients with pain.
