The present invention relates to a three dimensional (3D) printing bio-ink composition, and to a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a bio-ink composition having a synergistic effect of cell differentiation into specific tissues according to the tissue specificity of human-derived components contained in the bio-ink composition, and to a production method thereof.
