The present invention relates to a healthcare and coaching system using smart clothing, which senses and measures a user movement through smart clothing to enable a user to simply check, through an application, an exercise type of a user and a heart rate, muscle activity, the balance of left and right muscles, and the amount of consumed calories in accordance with the exercise type, and to share information measured and recorded in response to a user exercise with a professional trainer so as to be coached by the professional trainer in real time with a proper exercise method. According to the present invention, a plurality of measuring devices are arranged in smart clothing to sense a user movement by being attached to a user body, to measure a heart rate of a user, and to measure muscle activity of both muscles located on left and right sides with respect to the center of the user body. Also, a communication module for transmitting information sensed and measured by the measuring devices to a terminal is configured to enable a user to simply check information on an exercise type of a user, a heart rate, muscle activity, and the balance of left and right muscles by accessing an application through the terminal. In addition, a user is allowed to perform an improved exercise in a proper exercise method and posture using a coaching unit which is connected to any one of a plurality of professional trainers in a wireless communication scheme to each other to have a chat, and can transmit information on an exercise type, a heart rate, muscle activity, and the balance of left and right muscles, stored in a DB through a record transmission unit.
