The present invention relates to a photo-polymer composition for a hologram, which comprises: a polymer binder; a monomer for recording a hologram; a photo-initiation system including a dye photo-sensitizer and at least one ingredient of an electron acceptor, an electron donor and a hydrogen atom donor; and a solvent, wherein the monomer for recording a hologram comprises N-acryloylthiomorpholine.
