The present invention relates to a system for operating an exclusive online mall to provide a system linked with product management, order management, settlement management, and ERP to a company or institution which wants to operate an exclusive mall. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a user management server managing member information including identification information, an ID, a password, and delivery information of a member; and a content server storing a list and price information of products for sale. The user management server comprises: a member management module managing the member information; a point management module managing point information of newly generated points and remaining points of the member; an order management module storing order information of the member; and a settlement management module managing payment statements of the member. The content server comprises a product management module managing information on the list of the products for sale, a product image, a product specification, a product price, and a discount ratio.
