The present invention relates to a device for adjusting an optical axis of a non-axisymmetric lens using a light source, which can accurately match a central optical axis of a non-axisymmetric lens and an optical center of an image sensor by simple configuration with an optical pattern generated after transmitting certain light to the non-axisymmetric lens in which an optical axis is to be adjusted. The device of the present invention comprises: a lens fixture for fixing a non-axisymmetric lens for optical axis adjustment; a lens holder in which the non-axisymmetric lens is accommodated to be supported; a main frame accommodating the lens fixture and the lens holder to support the same so that light from a light source can be transmitted to the non-axisymmetric lens; a light source case inserted and installed in the rear of the main frame to support the light source accommodated therein; a horizontal alignment base inserted and installed in a lower portion of the main frame; and a horizontal alignment jig installed on an upper portion of the horizontal alignment base to support a lower portion of the light source case.
