The present invention relates to a smart pillow, and a system and a method for providing a patient first aid based on the same. The method according to the present invention includes: a first step of receiving, by the smart pillow, sensing information from sensors of a sensor module to generate a status event of a pillow user; a second step of transmitting the status event to a smartphone; a third step of transmitting, by the smart pillow, an image transmission command to an in-home surveillance IoT camera when the state event occurs; and a fourth step of performing a control for devices constituting a function providing device module matching analyzed status.
