The present invention relates to an environment synchronization system for a plurality of users in the same indoor space. According to the present invention, the environment synchronization system for a plurality of users in the same indoor space includes: a plurality of user terminals having IDs respectively; and an environment synchronization server collecting environment data including at least one of the temperature, humidity and illuminance of an indoor space by schedule time when one of the plurality of user terminals is connected to make a request for the collection of environment data, and then, storing pattern information corresponding to each of the plurality of user terminals by creating pattern information analyzing alteration patterns about the environment data and matching and storing the pattern information with the ID of the connected user terminal, and performing the environment control of the indoor space by generating a control signal for controlling at least one of the temperature, humidity, and illuminance of the indoor space in accordance with pattern information found by searching for pattern information corresponding to a connected user terminal when the specific user terminal is connected to make a request for environment control.
