The present invention relates to a system of providing discount information of cultural life in real time based on user information and a method of providing a discount service by using the same, and more specifically, to a system of providing discount information of cultural life in real time based on user information, which receives recommendation of cultural life by inputting user information and information on a cultural life service of interest, encodes personal information such as an identification card or verification information required for discount in a terminal and an application to store the same so as to replace an actual identification card, and notifies a user through notification when the additional discount information is generated to the cultural life service of interest of the user, and to a method of providing a discount service by using the same.
