According to the present invention, a variable-applied filter regeneration control method applied to a post-treatment system (10) for a vehicle applies one or more among vehicle speed, brake, shifted gear, clutch, exhaust temperature, and engine rotation number detected when driving a vehicle as rapid filter regeneration variables by a controller (20), and distinguishes filter regeneration of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) from automatic regeneration of a set cycle to increase the temperature of a DOC outlet to a temperature higher than an automatic regeneration escape reference temperature to eliminate manual regeneration by removing causes of frequent manual regeneration by performed rapid regeneration. Specifically, even in the rapid regeneration, DPF specifications (namely, size and precious metal amount) are retained to resolve various phenomena caused by driving in an urban section such as inconvenience in filter regeneration, fuel efficiency degradation, claim, and profit creation degradation.
